 I am the Vice President of Development and Principal at A+R Development Construction, bringing more than 15 years of experience across construction, real estate development, organizational leadership, and business strategy. A certified CHRO and former construction executive, I have led teams, developed leaders, and contributed to the delivery of development projects totaling as much as $110 million during my tenure.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about building more than projects—I believe in building strong teams, meaningful professional relationships, and opportunities for people to grow. My experience spans executive leadership, human resources, construction operations, development, and entrepreneurship, giving me a unique perspective on both the people and business sides of the industry.

I am a Cuban American and third-culture kid, and most importantly, mom to a boy and a girl—the beats to my heart. I hold dual degrees from Florida International University, including a BFA and an MBA in Leadership.

Beyond development and construction, I am a mompreneur, business owner, creative storyteller, keynote speaker, and Founder of Virtual Mom Collective, a community dedicated to supporting and empowering mothers through entrepreneurship, education, connection, and shared experiences.

I am also the author of Womb of a Mother: The Odyssey of Motherhood, a deeply personal project inspired by my own journey into motherhood. Through my writing and speaking, I encourage mothers to own their stories, use their voices, and recognize the strength that comes from the many identities they carry.
